| TVC Communications Announces James R. Manari as President and Chief Operating Officer |

 Annville, PA. December 9, 2008 – TVC Communications is pleased to announce the promotion of James R. Manari to the newly created position of President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Manari, who joined TVC in 1980 in the sales department, has held various positions in sales management over the years, and has served as Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Operations, and most recently as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Manari is a graduate of Shippensburg University with a BS in Business and an MBA. He is a member of the Society of Cable Television Engineers and is on the Board of the Broadband Cable Association of Pennsylvania.
In his new position, Manari’s responsibilities will encompass executing all strategic plans for all divisions of TVC and will be reporting to Bob Ackerman, Vice Chairman and CEO of TVC Communications. “Jim has been an integral part of building TVC from the small cable TV distributor it was in 1980 to the international telecommunications distributor of today,” said Mr. Ackerman. “Jim’s intrinsic knowledge of the telecommunications marketplace and how to best position TVC to be a valuable partner to our customers makes him the logical choice to lead TVC into the future.”
