Effective September 15, 2015, the TVC Ticket Manager System will no longer be available.
The old url (http://www.tvcsupport.com) will no longer be available and replaced with the new url (http://support.tvcinc.com). All customers will need to request new credentials to authorize users on the platform. Once on the page, you must press the Sign In button to register as a new user.
The new platform will hold a new set of features, including the following:
- System will be available for all devices, PC/MAC, Smartphones and Tablets.
- Higher service availability and content protection.
- Full-knowledge base self-service.
- Selectable Multilanguage agent.
- Ask the Community section, to get responses from experts and product managers.
- Separate tracking system for RMA cases.
